Is Pulte Homes taking still taking appointments during the COVID-19 outbreak?

Yes - all of our communities are open for personal virtual appointments where our on-site sales associates will walk you through our new homes using a service like Zoom, Facetime,etc. Many communities also offer virtual home tours online where you can walk through a floor plan at your own pace. Where available, in-person appointments may be set or walk-ins may be accepted, subject to limited hours, occupancy limitations, and compliance with COVID-19 safety measures. Please check your local community for availability.

 

 

How is Pulte protecting its customers during the COVID-19 outbreak?

Pulte Homes is dedicated to the safety of our customers and employees. In an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19 and protect our customers we have:

1. Limited in-person appointments to minimize the number of people in our Sales Centers at a time.

2. Increased sanitizing procedures and additional mandatory cleaning on surfaces within our Sales Center after each appointment and at the end of the day.

3. Instituted a no-handshake policy. We will happily greet you with a smile, while wearing our face coverings. We also encourage you to wear yours as well!

4. Implemented a COVID-19 symptom and exposure screening process for all employees and customers entering the Sales Center.

 

 

Have Pulte’s hours of operation changed?

Yes - many of our in-store hours are limited to by-appointment only or may have limited hours for walk-ins, but you can contact our communities during the normal listed hours of operations. Please visit our individual community pages at www.pulte.com for full hours of operations.

 

 

Does Pulte offer ‘Quick Move-In’ homes?

Yes - many of our communities offer homes that are available for immediate or near-term move-in. Please visit www.pulte.com for more information and to check availability in a community near you.
