One of the best things about living in Alamo Ranch-Austin Grant is you can relax knowing your community will keep on looking as beautiful as the day you first saw it. That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call Alamo Ranch-Austin Grant your home.
Items covered by the HOA:
- operation and maintenance of exclusive common areas ei: amenities
- maintenance and repair of private streets behind community gate
- restricted access devices or systems, ei: community gate
- landscaping of common areas
- fountain, lighting and signage within the neighborhood
- Association operating expenses as stated in covenants
HOA Dues
- $94 per month per household
- No annual increase in the last five years
- Collected quarterly

Currently, there are 5 developers who govern the board.
What committees contribute to the governing board?
The Advisory Committee contributes to the governing board.
Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
Yes. Reserve funds are maintained for future repair and replacement of assets that the HOA has long-term responsibility for, and are essential to the successful community. Reserves do not fund everyday expenses or more routine needs; the operating fund serves that.
How often are HOA fees increased?
We have not had an increase in HOA fees since the community opened.
Does the HOA maintain all of the amenities?
Yes. The Alamo Ranch Community Association maintains all neighborhood amenities available to homeowners.
Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
Yes, there is currently a private website for the residents of Alamo Ranch to stay informed and connected. Alamo Ranch does not currently offer a newsletter; however, they may in the near future.
